Joy Jarvis

Joy joined the Padden Cooper team as an Administrative Assistant in 2019 and became the Firm Administrator in 2020. As Firm Administrator, Joy oversees and manages a myriad of tasks and processes on the administrative side of the firm, such as HR, A/P, payroll, and more. She enjoys assisting and providing support to the firm in these areas.

Joy grew up in South Jersey and received her B.S. In Bible and Church Ministry from Cairn University in 1996, and her Graduate Certificate in Global Studies from Liberty University in 2021. She currently lives in Medford with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not at the office, Joy enjoys traveling and exploring, going on missions trips, vacationing at the beach or in the mountains. Most of all, Joy loves spending time with her family.
