Padden Cooper clients who are buying or refinancing a Commercial or Residential property (Owner occupied, investment, rental, farm, agricultural, etc.) will need title insurance to protect the lender and themselves. Dennis Dovie, who has been an employee of the firm and is now a financial consultant for the firm, is a licensed Title Insurance holder and is on the Advisory Board of Surety Title Company in Marlton, NJ. Dennis has been in possession of the required license to be a member of Surety’s Advisory Board and a title producer. As such he can provide Padden Cooper clients with the following title services.

Whether you are buying, building or refinancing a Commercial or Residential property, including land only, he can assist you with the following:
Just contact Dennis by e-mail and indicate which of the above you are doing. He will ask for certain information then he will place the title order for you
He will follow the order through the processing and search phase
He will have the title company forward you and the lender a copy of the report of title. If there are any imperfections, he will work with you and the title company to clear up any lien or other title issues.
He will then assist you in scheduling the closing with the title company and any attorneys or realtors involved.
He will attend closing on your behalf should you wish.
